Again, the better the credit history, the more flexible the lenders are likely to be. Other factors are considered when determining interest rate, such as the age of the RV and the total amount financed. The higher the loan amount, the lower the interest rate, with common break points commonly set at amounts such as: $25,000 - $50,000 - $100,000, etc. Also, the older the unit, the higher the interest rate, but this also varies. Many online financing sources specialize in RV loans - and its your right as a consumer to find what is best for you. You should however be aware that each time you submit an application, your credit history may be pulled up from 1 to 2, or even more times. Each time a company accesses your credit report, it can result in 2, 3 or even 5 points deducted from your credit score. You should always avoid lenders or brokers who shotgun your application to numerous lenders. Your online rate and lender shopping can be done by going to your favorite search engine and typing in search terms such as: RV loans, motor home financing, etc. Normally, approval takes only a day or two, with loan completion and funding in about a week. What do you need to do to prepare for an effective job search? What type of position is on the next rung of your career ladder? Are your references aware you are planning to include them on your reference list? Call your references and make certain they are agreeable to being listed on your reference list. But that’s probably whatthe hundred or so people killed by lightning in an averageyear thought. So while you or I are most unlikely to be struck, the consequences are so severe that it’s worthwhile takingevery precaution to make sure that we don’t end up alightning statistic. A Few Lightning Facts Although lightning is known from volcanic eruptions and in smoke from very large fires, it is always present in thunderstorms, and thunderstorms can occur anywhere and at any time of year. In the US they are most common in Florida and nearby states, and overall are most frequent from April to July. Lightning fatalities are most common in July, probably because more people are out of doors at that time of year. Masa, Ph.D. Social psychologists discovered long ago that telling someone who or what they are is more powerful than telling them who they should be. “Attribution theory” studies what traits we attribute to the character of another person. If a parent wants to improve a child’s conduct it would be wise avoid saying “You are so bad, you should improve.” Here badness is attributed as an existing fact of nature, while improvement is a maybe to strive for! Since we learn our identity largely through social definition, it would be much wiser to say “You are such a good boy, that you needn’t do this “troublesome” behavior. Behind every attempt to correct a behavior we are shaping how the person secretly views themself. Romantic couples are the strongest social influence in each other’s world and how they describe each other is of tremendous importance.
